No complaints about this tower. Very sturdy; two of our cats are
big ladies but the tower has proved to be topple-proof. I like that
it came pre-assembled (although, like other reviewers mentioned,
the box was gigantic.) I was worried the hole in the top of the
middle barrel would be too small for our fat felines, but they're
able to slip through it with no apparent discomfort; whatever it
takes to get to the top, the spot most likely to contain a cat,
although they also enjoy the spacious barrel. Our newest 8 month
old loves to scale the long post, swat at and bug the cat currently
at the top before moving on to play in the barrel. Lots of
fun.
(We also have this smaller tower by the same company, and once

I have attached a picture of myself, Ziggy, and my housemate, Tiki.
I LOVE my new Molly & Friends Scratching Post. I got it for my
first birthday lst month because I am a Bengal and I am so big and
strong I would knock over the old one I had, and needed something
REALLY big and strong, like me. I can run and jump on it and it
doesn't even move. The part I like best is the very top that is big
enough for me to stretch out.
I have to share with Tiki, a Siamese, but sometimes I just knock
her off because it is MINE, no hers - I NEVER let her on the top,
she has to stay on the middle part p she can get her own.
Ziggy
As the human who Ziggy made buy this, I can attest that it is the
BEST available. It is so well made, sturdy and all round a great
scratching post. Ziggy hasn't scratched one peice of my furniture
since it arrived! It was delivered quickly and in perfect
condition. I would not hesitiate to buy another of their products.
You can stop researching and just buy one! Oh, and if you don't
belong to Prime, this one purchase practically pays for the cost of
it.

We ordered one of Molley and Friends premium cat condos and were so impressed, we ordered a second one. The construction is solid and built to last. Unfortunately, the carpeting IS NOT. We had to remove the more expensive model and cannot let the cats use it any longer, because the carpeting has started to shed thousands upon thousands of tiny hair-like synthetic filaments. Apparently, they use whatever carpeting remnants that happen to be available. The carpeting on this particular condo was a very, very poor choice for cats with claws.

This is a good, solid product. My cat took a while in getting used
to the "newness" and has had some difficulty in using the opening
from the middle barrel to the top rack, but is now using it more
often. He prefers however to jump from the window sil onto the
barrel and then up to the top perch.
The only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating is because it did
have an oder for about a week and I this may have been the reason
why it took my cat so long to begin using the tree; I used catnip
all over the carpeting to entice him and even that didn't speed up
his acclimation process. The smell is gone now and he enjoys
scratching, sleeping and playing on it daily.
The delivery was speedy and now our feline friend is happy with his
new furniture. I would recommend using Molly and Friends and this
style, especially for younger cats who will enjoy the extra energy
it takes to get through the barrels "skylight".

It is well constructed, very sturdy and our Abby likes it, (though
she doesn't use it as much as I thought she would). The top tier
was put on at a bit of an angle - it tilts to one side, (otherwise
it would have received a higher rating). The color is great and
there are no glue marks or carpet "spaces" between the different
sections.
The box it was shipped in was pretty torn up when it arrived, but
there wasn't any damage to the item. But, already being put
together when delivered was a big plus.
Overall, cat condos are not the most attractive items, but this one
doesn't make me gag - - just wish it didn't take up so much space
(24x24 is bigger than you think!)!
